Helical gearboxes are mostly used in construction and industrial elevators, industrial mixers and agitators, conveyors, packaging industries, etc. This type of gearbox has a more reasonable price than other industrial gearboxes and is used in a wide range of industrial applications due to its easy maintenance and non-reversibility in conversion ratios of 1:46 and above.

Jack screw gearbox
The jack screw gearbox is used to convert rotary motion into linear motion and has the same movement mechanism as the helical gearbox; This linear motion can be used for various applications that require lifting or moving heavy loads. The jack screw gearbox is used in elevators, car repair shops to lift the car from the ground, food industry, adjusting the height of platforms and dam valves.

 


Solar gearbox
The solar gearbox has very high efficiency and low slack, and it is possible to reduce the output speed to a very low speed (even 0.1 rpm). Solar gearboxes are mostly used in industrial shredders, steel industries, hot rolling industries, sheet rolling, CNC machines and robotics, industrial mixers and drilling machines.

 


Cyclo gearbox
Cyclo gearbox is the only industrial gearbox without gears, and the purpose of designing these gearboxes is very high shock resistance. The cyclo gearbox is used in devices that are subjected to initial sudden shocks or very severe cross-sectional shocks. Drilling rigs and mixers are among the biggest consumers of Cyclo gearboxes.

Direct shaft helical gearbox
The direct helical shaft gearbox is usually used in industrial mixers and agitators, asphalt factories, conveyor belts, plastic industries, cement industry, livestock and poultry feed industries, etc.

 


Bull helical gearbox
Helical ball gearbox (crankshaft or pinion) changes the direction of the input and output axis to a 90 degree angle using a bevel gear. These gearboxes are used in conveyors and conveyors, elevators, chemical industries, food industries, cement industries, mines, pharmaceutical industries, mining crushing machines, iron smelting, steel industries, etc. and some peripheral equipment such as backstop, shrink can be used. Hanging helical gearbox
The pendant gearbox is designed for devices that have limited space and require helical gearboxes. The most important use of the hanging helical gearbox is in overhead cranes, but it is also used in other applications such as industrial mixers. Parallel shaft helical gearbox and its applications
Parallel shaft helical gearboxes are used for heavy duty applications and are made with several stages of speed reduction; Steel industries, mines, ore crushers, cranes and ball mills are among the most used cases of parallel shaft helical gearbox. This type of gearbox is also known as the Russian design gearbox and has the ability to install an oil cooler, cooling fan, oil expansion source, air-cooled radiator, etc.
